Returns (withdrawal from the contract)
A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please send the returned Goods to: ul. Jankego 142, 40-613 Katowice. The withdrawal form may be used.
Complaints
Complaints regarding non-conformity of the Goods with the contract may be submitted to store@mediamistrz.eu or in writing to: ul. Jankego 142, 40-613 Katowice. We respond to complaints within 14 days.
Pre-owned Goods
For pre-owned Goods, the condition described in the Shop is the basis for assessing conformity with the contract.
