§1. General provisions

MediaMistrz is an independent shop and service centre. DJI, Dyson, Dreame and Bambu Lab names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used solely to identify the products we sell and the equipment we service.
§2. Definitions
Buyer — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit placing an order. Consumer — a Buyer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code. Goods — a product presented in the Shop.
§3. Placing an order
Orders can be placed through the Shop website, with no registration required. To place an order, the Buyer adds Goods to the cart, provides shipping details, selects the delivery and payment method, accepts the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and then clicks the "Order and pay" button.
§4. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order and the payment is successfully completed. The Buyer receives an order confirmation at the e-mail address provided.
§5. Prices
All prices in the Shop are gross prices in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT. The Seller is an active VAT payer. The binding price is the price shown next to the Goods at the moment the order is placed. Delivery costs are added to the price of the Goods in accordance with §7.
§6. Payment methods
Online payments are handled by the Przelewy24 system. The payment operator is PayPro S.A. z siedzibą w Poznaniu (operator serwisu Przelewy24), ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, wpisana do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS 0000347935, NIP 779-236-98-87, REGON 301345068. Podmiot nadzorowany przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego (krajowa instytucja płatnicza).
§7. Delivery and costs
Available delivery methods: in-store pickup in Katowice (PLN 0) and DPD courier (PLN 19.99). Free courier delivery applies to orders with a Goods value of PLN 199 or more. Goods in stock are dispatched within approximately 1–2 business days. Pickup address: ul. Jankego 142, 40-613 Katowice.
§8. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, by submitting a statement. The withdrawal form may be used. The period runs from the day the Consumer takes possession of the Goods. Details are provided on the Right of Withdrawal page.
§9. Refunds
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller refunds all payments received, including delivery costs (up to the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered), no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method.
§10. Complaints and conformity of the Goods with the contract
The Seller is liable for the conformity of the Goods with the contract under the rules set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Complaints may be submitted to store@mediamistrz.eu or in writing to: ul. Jankego 142, 40-613 Katowice. The Seller responds to complaints within 14 days.
§11. New and pre-owned Goods
The Shop offers both new and pre-owned Goods. For pre-owned Goods, their condition is described accurately; any signs of use or missing elements are indicated in the description. The Seller's liability for the conformity of pre-owned Goods with the contract takes their described condition into account.

§13. Final provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. This is a courtesy translation — in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version of these Terms prevails.
