Time limit
A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the Goods, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw
To withdraw from the contract, submit an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail to store@mediamistrz.eu). You may use the model withdrawal form.
Effects
In the event of withdrawal, we refund all payments, including delivery costs (up to the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered), promptly and no later than within 14 days. The refund is made using the same payment method.
