2. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process personal data in order to: fulfil the order and the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); comply with accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); handle delivery and payments; process returns and complaints; and, where consent has been given, for marketing purposes (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Data recipients
Data may be shared with: the hosting provider (server), the courier company (DPD) for delivery purposes, the payment operator PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) for payment processing, and the e-mail (SMTP) service provider for sending transactional messages.
4. Retention period
Order-related data is stored for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (as a rule, 5 years from the end of the tax year) and for the limitation period of claims.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Transfers outside the EEA
As a rule, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Should such a transfer occur, it will take place with the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
