§1. Scope of this document
These terms apply to Goods marked in the Shop as "Pre-owned" and to spare parts and consumable elements. They supplement the Shop's Terms & Conditions — in all other respects the Terms & Conditions apply.
§2. Condition of pre-owned equipment
Every pre-owned device is checked by the MediaMistrz service team before being listed for sale: we verify operation and the condition of components, and for equipment with batteries — also their health. The actual condition of the Goods, signs of use, set completeness and known limitations are described on the product page and shown in the photos. The photos show the actual unit being sold, unless stated otherwise in the description.
By purchasing pre-owned Goods, the Buyer acknowledges that the equipment has been used before and may bear signs of normal use not exhaustively described on the product page (minor scratches, scuffs), provided they do not affect the operation of the device.
§3. Normal wear and tear
Elements subject to natural wear (in particular: batteries and their capacity, propellers, filters, brushes, seals, nozzles, non-stick coatings) wear out in the course of normal use. Gradual loss of battery capacity and wear of consumables do not constitute a defect of the Goods.
§4. Warranty and liability for conformity with the contract
If the product page specifies a service warranty (e.g. "3-month service warranty"), its duration and scope cover the service-verified operation of the device and run from the day the Goods are handed over. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage occurring after handover, liquid damage, third-party interference or natural wear of consumable elements (§3). If no warranty is mentioned on the product page, the Seller does not grant a separate warranty for the given pre-owned Goods.
Regardless of any warranty, Consumers retain their statutory rights arising from non-conformity of the Goods with the contract. Pursuant to Article 43c of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, for pre-owned Goods the Seller's liability is limited to one year from delivery of the Goods, to which the Buyer consents by accepting these terms when placing the order. Signs of use, limitations and the condition of components described on the product page do not constitute non-conformity of the Goods with the contract.
§5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days — under the rules described in the Terms & Conditions and on the "Right of Withdrawal" page. This right also applies to pre-owned Goods. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
§6. Spare parts
Spare parts and accessories marked as compatible with devices of a given brand are independent (third-party) parts, unless expressly stated to be original. We recommend having parts fitted by a service centre; the Seller is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect installation by the Buyer.
